The penis is designed to remove a rivals semen during intercourse. There is one study by State University of New York that concludes that the penis acts as a “semen displacement device” and evolved in shape in part to displace another man’s semen.

The study concluded that the thrust of the penis during love making helps to clear a woman’s reproductive system of a previous lover’s semen. The results were concluded after experiments using latex phalluses, an artificial vagina and a mixture of starch and water.

Researchers found the coronal ridge of the penis, found where the glans, or head, meets the shaft, could scoop out more than ninety percent of the cornstarch mixture with just a single thrust.

When the same experiment was done with a phallus with out the coronal ridge only “scooped up” around thirty five percent of the cornstarch mixture.

The same research team found that depth of thrust was also very important. A thrust of only three quarters was found to shift only around forty percent of the synthetic semen substitute.

The test were expanded further to study students and found that love making tended to be more energetic if the male believed the women had been cheating or the couple had been apart for a long period. This led researched to conject that me have a sub conscious desire to their partner of any evidence of another man’s semen.

The State of New York University lead researcher spoke on the subject saying “We theorize that as a consequence of competition for paternity, human males evolved uniquely configured penises that function to displace semen from the female vagina left by other males”.

“Thus, the human penis may enable males to substitute their semen for the semen of their competitors.”

“Not only did we obtain data derived from artificial genital models that were consistent with this hypothesis, but we also found that under conditions that raise the threat of female infidelity, college students reported changes in sexual behavior that would serve to purge the vagina of foreign semen prior to ejaculation.”

In the intrest of debate there are others that dispute this theory. Mr Derek Machin, a urologist at University Hospital, Aintree, said the theory seemed “far fetched”.

“The research might very well be accurate, but I’m not convinced that just because the penis does something like this it was necessarily designed to have that effect.”

Dr Colm O’Mahony, chairman of the UK Association for Genito-Urinary Medicine, said the theory seemed flawed.

“If the man continues to thrust after ejaculation he would simply be scooping out his own semen.”

“Also does the sexual position matter – I imagine gravity has some role here. Maybe those missionaries knew something about position after all?”

The research is published in the journal Evolution and Human Behaviour.

Keeping your penis healthy gets you far greater erection strength and stamina, as well as general sexual satisfaction. Simply put, a healthy penis provides you with a healthy sex life!

As men grow older, the levels of male hormone, testosterone, gradually decline starting at the age of 30 and continue to do so at a staggering rate of 10 percent per decade.

Since testosterone is a hormone that helps maintain sex drive, sperm production, pubic and body hair, muscle, and bone, the consequences slowly show as a man ages.

Most men who will basically experience one or all of these in varying degrees:

Hair loss
Bone loss
Sweating and flushing
Irritability
Fatigue
Loss of physical agility
Increased fat
Aches and pains
Sleeping problems
Depression
Decreased sexual drive and performance

Therefore, maintaining a healthy and vigorous penis is maybe one of the more important things all guys should be mindful of. Do your penis a favor by considering the following suggestions:

Eat a healthy, well-balanced diet. To ensure normal erectile function, you need to keep the continuous flow of blood to the penis by taking care of the arteries that supply it. Consume a high fiber diet, low in saturated fats and you can be sure to prevent or reduce the build up of fatty deposits that narrow and clog arteries. Stay away from animal fats, sugar, fried or junk foods.

Quit smoking. Smoking constricts blood vessels and leads to a build of plaque in the arteries that supply blood to the penis. This results in diminished erectile function, shrinkage of the penis, and impotence later in life.

Avoid liquor and dangerous drugs. Alcohol and narcotics puts you in great risk of impotence or erectile dysfunction.

Exercise. Exercising is good for your overall health. Try brisk walking, running, cycling, or swimming for at least 30 minutes a day, three times a week.

Take nutritional supplements. Certain vitamins and minerals are good for maintaining general penile health, such as Vitamin A, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Chromium, Zinc, and L-arginine. While certain herbs such as Ginkgo biloba, Ginseng, Damania, Sarsaparilla, Wild yam, Saw palmetto, Dong quai, Gotu kola, Hydrangea root, and Pygeum, are known to be particularly helpful for weak erections or impotence. Be sure to consult with your doctor first.

Stimulate your penis. Maintain healthy penis and prostate circulation by having regular erections and ejaculations. Natural penis exercises not only ensure good circulation but can also aid in penis enlargement, both in length and girth. This works best when coupled with the use of an enlargement device, penis enlargement pills, and semen volumizers. Such is the complete and break-through program offered by SizeGenetics.

Have a vigorous and healthy sex life for life. Start by making the necessary changes now.

Maintaining a healthy penis is maybe one of the more important things all guys should be mindful of. As you grow older, biology takes its toll on your sexual capabilities. Testosterone levels decline starting at age 30 and continue to do so at a staggering rate of 10 percent per decade. This can really have grave effects on the quality of your sex life.

But there are several ways in which you can have a vigorous and healthy penis for many years to come. Leading a healthy lifestyle is key.

•	Follow a healthy, well-balanced diet. Consume a high fiber diet, low in saturated fats. This can help prevent or reduce the build up of fatty deposits in the arteries and ensure the continuous flow of blood to the penis.

•	Do not smoke. Smoking can cause erectile dysfunction, shrinkage of the penis, and high risk of impotence.

•	Exercise regularly. Exercise is also a way of preventing fatty deposits that can narrow or clog arteries, ensuring the quality of your erections.

•	Have regular erections. The penis needs oxygen to produce Prostaglandin E1, a substance that ensures good circulation and reduces the risk of impaired erectile function. So during sleep, guys have involuntary nocturnal erections to ensure providing the penis of enough oxygen levels. It is also recommended that you have regular erections while you are awake.

•	Ejaculate often. Aside from a great way of relieving stress, frequent ejaculations also keep the prostate healthy preventing a rather painful condition known as prostate congestion.

•	Take nutritional supplements. Certain vitamins and minerals can be good for maintaining general penile health, such as Vitamin A, Vitamin B complex, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Chromium, Zinc, and L-arginine. While certain herbs are known to be particularly helpful for weak erections or impotence, including Ginkgo biloba, Ginseng, Damania, Sarsaparilla, Wild yam, Saw palmetto, Dong quai, Gotu kola, Hydrangea root, and Pygeum.

•	Stimulate your penis. Penis exercises such as jelq and kegels can not only ensure good circulation but can also aid in penis enlargement, both in length and girth. The Size Genetics-Extender can help in that aspect. The Size genetics-Extender uses traction to assist the human body’s natural ability to change and develop under physical influence. By exposing to a constant, permanent stretch, the cells in the chambers begin to divide and multiply, thus increasing the tissue mass.

By maintaining a healthy lifestyle, you can be assured of greater erection strength and stamina, as well as general sexual satisfaction.
