Does It Really Work?
There are currently so many penis enlargement programs in the market today. Try browsing the internet and you will see thousand of sites offering solution to the perpetual problem and puzzlement of the men…penis size. The emergence of the Size genetics-Extender, the innovative way to enlarge your penis to your desired size without pill, pumps or surgery, created a clamor and we feel the need to tell people about the results of the study we conducted used as a basis for our claims.
The basis of Size genetics-Extender is the principle of traction, which states that if a certain part of the body is exposed to a constant, permanent stretch, the cells in this area begin to divide, and multiply, thus increasing the tissue mass. The enlargement will consequently happen in both the length and width (girth) of the penis.
The Extender has been clinically tested. The basis of our study is the result of the clinical findings of 30 individuals over a 24-week period.
The premise of the study is based on the evidence of human tissue response to stretching a traction device for non-invasive penile lengthening. Thus, we have designed the “FS-Extender.”
The devices we have used in the study are:
>Basic ring, fastened proximally around the root of the penis, abutting on the symphysis.
>Two dynamic metal bars hinged to the ring, connecting it to the silicon-support, fastened around the corona glans at the distal end of the penis.
>By gradually increasing the tractive force on the two metal bars, a stretching force is exerted on the corporae of a 600-1500 g.
The thirty males that participated in this study all have normal erectile capacity and no penile surgery. Those with chronically diseases are excluded.
The traction force applied from the beginning up to the second week is 900-1000 g. After the second week up to the 24th week, the traction applied was increased to 1000-1200 g. for 12 hours daily, seven days a week.
Based on the study conducted, it was established that during the eight week, there is a success rate of 15 percent. This means that during the first eight weeks the size of the participants’ penises increased by 15.6 percent.
Furthermore, by the end of the 16th week, the success rate (refers to the enlargement of the participants’ penises in length and girth) was even increased to 22.2 percent.
By the end of the 20th week, the size of their penises increased to 25.7 percent.
Finally, on the end of the clinical study, by the 24th week, the size of their penises was successfully increased to 30.4 percent.
That was the result of the study conducted by Jørn Ege Siana, MD, Scandinavian Clinic of Plastic Surgery, Copenhagen. The study was entitled “Tractive Elongation of the Penis by Means of Stretching” and was presented at the 1st International Interdisciplinary Symposium on Genitourinary Reconstructive Surgery on April 6th, 7th and 8th, 1998 in Barcelona, Spain.
